• Are there any hidden charges?
- There are no hidden charges on our phone cards. Please see card's details for complete information regarding applied charges.
• Do I need a to have an agreement with long distance carrier to use Calling Cards?
- No, you do not need to have an agreement with long distance carrier to use our Calling Cards. However, if you are concerned that your access number may incur a long distance charge from your provider, you should contact them to confirm.
• Where can I find information on Maintenance Fee, Connection Fee, Rounding & etc?

• Will I receive a Phone bill?
- This is a prepaid service. You pay in advance, you should never receive a phone bill for the calls you make using your cards.
• May I transfer card's balance to another phone card?
- Yes, but only if You have a refillable phone card: You can always transfer the balance from one to another refillable card, from Your card to your Rewards Account or back.
• Is there a limit to the number of Calling Cards that I can purchase?
- No.
• What is the expiration date of my Calling Card?
- If You have a refillable phone card, there is no expiration period if you make a refill at least once in 6 months; for non-refillable phone cards please see card's details. For description

• Do Rates differ depending on the time of the day or of the day of the week?
- No. The phone cards we carry have the same great rates 24 Hours a day, 7 days a Week.
• Will I get a phone card through regular mail?/How soon will I receive a card?
- We do not send orders through regular mail. As soon as your online transaction is approved, you will receive an email with the Toll Free Access number, PIN and Dialing Instructions.
• When will the maintenance fee apply?
- Phone card provider will start to charge the maintenance fee within 24 hours after the first phone call is completed. The maintenance fee can be charged every month, every two weeks, or every week.
